Understand Your Search at a Glance

When you perform a search in Blockmail, the query you entered is displayed along with the total number of matching emails.

Search results are presented in a clear, tabular format with columns that provide key details such as email type, sender, recipients, number of attachments, subject, and date.

Each search and accessed email is automatically recorded in the Event Log. Learn more about event logs.

Email Type

Emails are labeled as Inbound, Outbound, Internal, or External, depending on the relationship between the sender and recipient(s). For example, internal emails are exchanged within your organization, while inbound emails are received from third parties.
