Blockmails allows you to inspect the contents and details of any email. This allows you to visualize valuable information like transaction id, content hash, attachments as well as the contents inside the emails.
Step 1: Perform a Search

To begin, perform any type of email search using the search functionality.
For a quick example:
Click the "Emails with Attachments" filter.
This will display a list of all emails that contain at least one attachment.
Step 2: Select an Email
Once the search results are displayed:
Click on any email from the list (e.g., the third result) to open its detailed view.
Review Metadata
At the top of the detailed email view, you’ll find key metadata that ensures the integrity and traceability of the message:
Transaction ID: A unique identifier for the email's blockchain transaction.
Content Hash: A digital fingerprint that uniquely represents the exact contents of the email. This verifies that the content hasn’t been altered.
Transaction Date: The date and time when the transaction was recorded on the blockchain.
View Email Details
Below the metadata, you will see standard email fields:
Subject: The title or topic of the email.
Tag: A classification label, if any.
From / To: The sender and recipient email addresses.
Content: The actual body of the email.
To view the message content:
Click "Show hidden content" to display the full email body.
Click "Hide content" to collapse it again.
Download Attachments
If the email contains any attachments:
You will see them listed in the interface.
Click "Download" next to the file name to save it locally.
