Dashboard Overview
In the Dashboard, you can view key metrics such as the number of inbound emails, outbound emails, and emails with attachments.
Inbound emails are those received by the organization's domain.
Outbound emails are those sent from the organization to external recipients.
Emails with attachments include messages that contain files such as images, PDFs, or other documents.
Powerful Search Capabilities
By clicking on the top search bar you can display a list of search parameters to perform complex searches. You can directly search for keywords inside the email's subject or content. You can perform searches to look for specific senders, receivers and dates.
The nature of the email can also be used as search parameter, such as wether the email is internal, external, inbound, outbound or if it has attachments. Users can also use information about the email like the message ID to look for specific emails.
AI Search
Every email archived by Blockmail is readily available in real time by AI Search which allows you to ask questions and gather insights about your emails. When a query is perfomed AI Search navigates through the countless emails that exist withing your organization to provide an answer in the most accurate way.
Deep Search also allows you to search the web to enhance your answers with further insights and the latest data.
Audit Logs
Track all events in your organization and mantain a record of them. Audit logs lets you revisit the actions performed by users int he organization that can range from searches performed, emails viewed and emails that have been exported.
Settings
In settings you can manage users, activate MFA and administer the blacklist for your organization. To access settings your user must have owner level permissions. You can also administer the level of permission from user Management by editing a user.
