1. Access the Settings Page
To begin, navigate to the Settings page from your dashboard. This is where all user management actions take place.
2. Search and Filter Users
On the Settings page, you'll see a list of all registered users. Use the search bar to quickly find a specific user, or apply filters to view:
Active users
Inactive users
All users
This helps you easily manage large teams or locate users who may need attention.
3. Reset a User's Password
If a user has forgotten their password or needs a reset, click the Reset Password button next to their name. This will prompt a secure reset process for that user.
4. Activate or Deactivate Accounts
You can control access to Blockmail by activating or deactivating user accounts:
Inactive users will not be able to log in.
To activate an account, simply click the status toggle next to the user’s name.
This is useful for managing temporary access or deactivating accounts for former employees.
5. Edit User Details
To update a user's personal information or role:
Click the Edit button on the right-hand side of the user row.
Update the relevant fields, such as name or role.
For example, you might correct a last name from “Dean” to “Doe.”
You can also change the user’s role—for instance, from Owner to Member.
Click Save to apply your changes.
Refresh the page if necessary to view the updated information.
6. Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
To add an extra layer of security:
Click on Multi-Factor Authentication next to the user’s name.
Follow the prompts to enable MFA for their account.
This ensures that user accounts are protected by an additional verification step.
