The Blacklist feature allows users to prevent emails from specific domains or email addresses from being saved or archived. This is particularly useful for filtering out unwanted or unimportant messages, such as spam or newsletters.

How to Add a Domain or Email to the Blacklist

  1. Click the "Add" button located in the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Choose whether to blacklist a domain or a specific email address.

    • If you select a domain (e.g., newsletter.com), all emails from any address under that domain will be blocked and not saved.

    • If you select a specific email address (e.g., [email protected]), only emails from that exact address will be blocked.

  3. Ensure correct formatting:

    • For domains: include the full domain name, including the top-level domain (e.g., .com, .org).

    • For email addresses: use the standard format [email protected].

  4. Click "Add" to confirm and add the entry to the blacklist.

Managing the Blacklist

  • To disable a blacklisted domain or email, use the activate/deactivate toggle next to the entry.

  • To re-enable a previously deactivated entry, click the toggle again.

⚠️ Important: Emails received while an address or domain was blacklisted are not saved and cannot be recovered retroactively, even if the address is later reactivated.
