Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security to your Blockmail account. To activate it, simply navigate to Settings from the sidebar.

In settings look for the MFA tab and in there you in there here, you'll find a toggle to enable this setting. Click on the toggle to activate it.

You must have Owner role to access these settings.

Next time you login you will be asked asked to setup a One Time Password by Blockmail.

To scan the QR code and complete setup, you'll need an authenticator app of your choice. While most authenticator apps will do the work, comonly used used ones are Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator.

Using the authenticator app you can scan the QR code and it will provide a temporary code. Whenever a user logins they will be prompoted for the One Time Password code as an extra layer of security.

To disable MFA, simply navigate back to the MFA settings and turn off the toggle. The change will take effect immediately.
