Downloading Emails from Blockmail
Downloading emails lets you save your emails locally.
Blockmail allows you to download up to 10 emails at a time directly to your device. Follow these steps to perform a download:
Step 1: Perform a Search
Begin by conducting any type of search within Blockmail to locate the emails you wish to download.
Step 2: Select Emails
Once your search results are displayed, select up to 10 emails. As soon as you select at least one, the Download button will appear at the top of the interface.
Step 3: Initiate the Download
Click the Download button and confirm your selection. Blockmail will then send a download link to the email address associated with your account.
Step 4: Access Your Download
Navigate to your email inbox and open the message from Blockmail. Click the download link provided in the email to begin downloading a ZIP file containing your selected emails in .eml format.
Step 5: Open the Email Files
Unzip the downloaded file using any standard archive utility—most operating systems include this functionality by default.
The extracted .eml files can be opened with most email clients, such as Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail, or Mozilla Thunderbird. Alternatively, since .eml files are plain text formatted, you can also open them using any basic text editor.
